• Can I use the audio commercially — YouTube, ads, products?

  Yes. Every paid plan grants a perpetual commercial licence to the audio you generate: monetised YouTube, ads, podcasts, games, courses, client deliverables — all included. Free-tier renders are for personal and evaluation use only.
• How realistic are the voices? Will listeners tell it’s AI?

  Our pipeline is the same chunked, post-processed model used for studio narration work. With the humanize setting on (default) most listeners can’t reliably distinguish it from a human read inside three sentences. The Voice library on the homepage plays unedited samples straight from the model — what you hear is what you ship.
• How does voice cloning work, and is my sample kept private?

  Upload 10–30 seconds of clean speech (WAV or MP3) and we build a private voice profile attached to your account. Clones are visible only to you, never shown in the public library, and you can delete them at any time — the reference audio is removed from our storage when you do. Clone an artist or public figure only with their explicit consent; unauthorised cloning violates our Terms.
• How long can a single render be?

  The hard system ceiling is 400,000 characters per render (≈8 hours of audio). Your plan’s per-generation character limit caps you below that for cost predictability — see the Pricing page for exact numbers. Longer scripts are chunked and stitched automatically, so a one-hour narration stays a single render in your History.
• What languages and accents are supported?

  English (US, UK, Australian) is fully tuned, with broad coverage of European and major Asian languages. Accent and language are voice properties — pick a voice that matches the target, rather than asking any voice to read any language. The voice card shows the trained language and accent before you commit a render.
• What happens if I hit my monthly minutes cap?

  New renders are paused until your next billing cycle starts, but everything you’ve already generated remains downloadable and your existing files keep streaming. Upgrade anytime and you’re billed only the prorated difference — the upgrade unlocks the new quota immediately, no separate top-up needed.
• Can I cancel or downgrade? Do you refund?

  Cancel from Billing in one click — you keep full access until the end of the current period, no clawback. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you’re never charged twice for overlapping plans. We refund the most recent payment within 7 days if the product didn’t work for you — email support@voicelyf.com.
• What do you do with my scripts and generated audio?

  Your scripts are sent to the synthesis engine to produce audio and are not used to train any model. Generated files live in your account and are streamed back to you over an authenticated, encrypted channel — the underlying storage URLs are never exposed. Delete a file and the underlying audio is permanently removed.
